The LyncServe Design Process

At LyncServe, we take pride in everything we do. Whether we are developing our marketing platform or posting to social media on behalf of our clients, we put a lot of time, thought, and passion into everything we do. The same holds true for our design process. Whether it's a multi-page website or a single landing page, we have created a process that keeps our clients engaged and informed. It also keeps momentum going from project start to completion. If you were a LyncServe customer, here is how your project would flow over a four to six-week period:
STAGE 1
Client Kickoff
We invite you to come to our office to talk about your goals. This meeting is all about your design interests for your new website. Prior to the meeting, we do our research and come prepared with questions. At the end of the meeting, we will have a good idea of for the direction in which you want to go, and we'll leave you excited about what's to come.
Mockup Creation and Review
We take one to two weeks to create three to four different mockups. We then send you the designs (or invite you back in) to review. At that time, we will listen to your feedback and make any corrections needed.
STAGE 2
Prototype
We bring your site to life by building a semi-functioning prototype, in desktop, mobile, and tablet versions. This allows us to fine tune both the design and the user experience in the most accurate way possible.
Staging
At this point, your new website is built. It is set up on a testing site, where you can see the completed project in its entirety. Here is where we make any needed revisions, and make sure every pixel looks good on a desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone. Read more about using a staging environment.
QA and Performance Testing
Our quality assurance team makes sure your site performs well, has no bugs or problems, and passes every test we throw at it.
STAGE 3
Launch
It's go time! Your site is live and is now out there for the world to see.
Don't forget about Support
We will be here for support should any questions or problems arise after the site is launched, and more importantly, as your business grows.
